live fast: dont die fat
Eating the right foods and having a balanced neutritional diet is important to a long and healthy life. You should, at some time, visit a neutricionist to help guide you in the right direction. You can only eat so much butter, deep-fried foods, hamburgers, cakes, sweets, chips, cokes ect., before it catches up with you.
live fast: make a trade
Studying is not as difficult as some make it out to be. One only need to apply ones self, and not overload your time with nonsense. It is very easy to get distracted and loose focus. Just remind your self of the golden prize waiting for you on your journey. What prize you ask? The one you trade your time for.
live fast: potential life
Most people do not live up to their potential, meaning 99.9999 percent of us. Have you ever thought about, if you were to choose a path in life and develope that path to its fullest potential? Let me give you an example. Instead of getting up every morning and going through a hum drum existance, living day to day as most people do why not try trying? Let me elaborate. I think a fine example of developing ones life can be taken from a chapter in the life of J Edger Hoover. This was a man that, after some considerable effort got himself into and developed the FBI into what you know as it exist today. He started kept a catalog system of people ( soviet comunist, gangsters etc) and had a mind set to rid the United States of America of this type of bad seeds. Over time he developed a career for himself like no other.

live fast: Episode 3
Captains log: Stardate: 2-19-2012
The crew has scattered amoungst the machines in the open cavern. The machines all lined up like solders awaiting orders. Where are the people that operate the machines? A crew member, Johnson, yells out for help as he is being vacuumed into a tunnel and disappears and his voice fades. The vacuum started and stopped just enough to take Johnson away. Dare we follow crewman Johnson? I gathered together the remaining team members.
Captain Terry L Perdun: Where did that blast of air come from 1st officer Oberman?
Ist Officer Tracy J Oberman: I do not know captain. I heard it, I just did not see it.Should I take a crewman and investigate?
Captain Terry L Perdun: No Oberman , its to dangerous.
Captain Terry L Perdun: Crewman Smith !! Did Johnson have a Global positioning system chip installed in his body like everyone else on this mission?
Crewman Smith: Eye Captain, He did at that. The system does not work underground though Captain.
Captain Terry L Perdun: Very well. Every one Follow me.
I lead the crew down the passage that was cut by the machines. The same passage that we last heard crewman Johnson's voice fading away, now with an eerie silence, no wind or vacuum. We traveled for about 20 minutes when the tunnel sank right where we were standing, Like a giant slide we rolled down and slid into a lower cavern. When we came to a stop we were surrounded by...

Captains log: Stardate: 2-19-2012
We have landed on the planet Nebula, in the alpha sentory sector in search of the elusive diletium crystal. It appears to be a hostile environment. My crew consisting of my self, captain Terry L Perdun, my first officer Tracy J Oberman, and 43 other crew members. We will attempt to mine the crystal from the depths of the planet. As five of us venture into the caverns of the rocky hillsides, I gave the order to don the respiratory gear and have molecule organizer weapons (m.o.w.)at the ready. There is no telling what waits in front of us. Most of the crew will remain aboard the vessel.
Once inside the cavern the ancient solar flashlights are of little use and we must rely upon our dilethium crystal flashlights in the pitch black. Traveling deeper and deeper into the bowels of the planet the crew and I hear familiar noises coming from behind us. We move back wards in the cavern trying to discover what the noises are. Upon moving backwards we discover a different path as the noise grows louder. Now 18 hours beneath the planets crust, following the noise levels until the crew and I discover giant machines tunneling underground cutting one tunnel into another. They appear to be un-manned and self propelled machines. Following the caverns, lost and disoriented, until a grand room appears full of machines simular to the tunnel cutter earlier discovered.

live fast: Episode1//
Captains log: Star date 2-19-2012 note: My crew and I have just landed on this hostile looking planet in the nebula sector of the galaxy in search of dilethium crystal. The ship took on heavy asteroid bombardment getting through one portal to another while we were transporting our vessel and crew from universe to universe in search of planet Nebula which holds the precious cargo we need to take back with us to save planet earth. In the recent explosion of earths core all the resources of natural gas and oil have all but dried up. The scientist have banded together to figure out how to heat, cool, light, and transport people. They found that a single dilethium crystal, measuring a mere 2"x 2" could supply enough energy to keep 100 million people supplied with lighting, transportation energy, and heat for 500 years. End log.

live fast
My first job, where they actually took out taxes, was with my father who managed a movie theater. My responsibilities were to change the marque when ever movies changed. There was three locations to change the lettering. Both of which included the use of a ladder to get up to the sign. Bobbie Joe and the Outlaw, staring Lynda Carter played at the theater house once. I got two of the three locations spelling correct, however At the third location I miss-spelled Bobbie Joe and put Boobie Joe. The theater sold out for seven or eight weeks. My father did not check the sign until the theater started selling out and corporate wanted to know how, why, because the film was not doing so well in other theaters.

live fast: live fast: It is forever serial to live in the age of technological advancement such as ours. Now if I could only clone myself to attend classes.
I am trying to watch my diet in order to live a healthier life. Sometimes my choices in food tend to get in the way of a correct and balanced nutrition intake. Maybe sticking to a regimented diet program might be of some help with weight loss and control.
